Maybe the duck has a nicotine addiction?
This picture and others like it is why this hard-core market conservative entirely supports a complete ban on cigarette smoking in public places. It's one thing if smokers want to inhale poison and kill themselves, and I'm not even that bothered when they do it around me. But when they start throwing butts on streets, sidewalks, yards, lakes, and everywhere else, they go too far.
I really couldn't care less if they smoke at the Green Mill, but I'm tired of them littering my city.
Lindsay- Excellent Question. I see your humor can be just as open minded as your Life In Text! Never prejudge and so on. I'll be sure to conduct an experiment to look into this matter more thoroughly.

Aw, that's disturbing.
I see more trash litter in parks than I do cigarette butts. Perhaps we should just ban people in general from parks and lakes.
That's good stuff alexis, but I think we're going about this all wrong. Maybe it's not the people that should be banned but rather the parks and lakes. Haven't you ever been holding an empty pop and noticed there's an annoying lake in between you and the garbage can? Get rid of the lakes and walla - problem solved.
All parks and lakes get shipped out to the country! Keep to your own kind!
