I've tried panning before and failed. This was my first successful motion pan. I'm very proud of this photo.

Yes! This is really great. Love the red; and how the truck is so clear but the backround is blurred, showing the speed of the truck. I'd be proud, too!

@ sara, I think this one was 1/80 second f/5.6 or so. I don't know if that helps or not. It's difficult. Keep tying and good luck :-)

Superb job! A very tough shot to capture. I' spent a couple evenings taking this type of shot and tweaking my technique. I had many failures just to get that one shot.
