I find the color version prettier/more striking (in this case), but if the man was wearing a fedora rather than modern sunglasses, the B&W would look like a 1930s film noir still.
Very interesting, almost a bit eerie. Uptown must be a spooky area ... just kidding. Hope to get over there once it warms up a bit and maybe get some shots.
@ Amanda - Your comment is right on and I couldn't agree with you more.
@ Snapshutter - I really enjoy taking photos of people who are seemingly unaware of there surroundings. If they come out eerie, even better.
Oops, I meant "their" surroundings, Not "there" surroundings.
This is masterpiece, indeed!
The true fact f the matter is that I liked much more the colored one.
By the way, I support Amanda's comment.
The guy is totally just, and there is no skepticism.
