I don't get why-
Just like I see some that say everytime you sin you scar Jesus' heart or something. If that were true there would be no heart left.
What do puppies have to do with graffiti?
Strange stencil. Disd you ver manage to find the meaning behind it (supposing there IS one)?
The latest policy for cracking down on local graffiti is to give people money in return for being a snitch.
I think the message behind this stencil is that graffiti is a form of art and it's not like killing puppies. I other words relax. I could be wrong but I think that's the meaning behind this one.
Not taking any sides here just trying to answer the question.
