Uptown Minneapolis Anti-War Protesters January 2003

These photos were taken on Saturday, January 11, 2003 from the balcony of my first Uptown Residence. Man, do I miss that balcony. Good times were had by all.









Most Clever Message Award goes out to this couple on the left "think about it". Best Artwork Award goes to the person on the right. That's one clear message. Nice and neat.



Best Misquote Award goes to the lady on the left. Her sign reads "Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld Axis of Ignorance". Most Signs Per Square Inch Award goes to the lady on the right. Three signs per body is not bad at all.



Kindest Heart Award goes to the lady on the left (no pun intended). Her sign reads "Love Your Enemies". Best Costume Award goes to these guys on the right. Not a bad make-shift drum either if you ask me.





Note the size of the Bald Eagle (left) soaring down Hennepin Ave.
